Yes, we do offer Corporate Pricing. We offer discounts
to customers who send or receive high volumes of faxes
and we also offer discounts to customers who wish to
register more than 10 accounts. When registering
multiple accounts, each person is given their own
personal number for receiving faxes.
Do you offer any other monthly packages?
Yes, we have some higher volume packages
available for corporate customers and heavy fax users.

Do you offer a "Pay as you go" package for sending
faxes?
Yes, we offer the choice between a monthly or
annual service fee to maintain your fax number and from
there, each page that you send is on a "Pay as you go"
plan.
Do you offer a "Pay as you go" package for receiving

Yes, we offer the choice between a monthly or
annual service fee to maintain your fax number and
depending on the package you choose (Local or Toll
Free), we include some free inbound pages. From there,
each page that you send is on a "Pay as you go" plan.
Are there any additional taxes?
Customers in the US do not pay taxes. Indian
customers
pay services tax according to Provincial regulations.
Is there a contract I have to sign?
No, there is only a Terms and Conditions that you must
agree to when registering for the service. It is part of
the online registration process. There is no contract
that requires you to remain a customer for a minimum
length of time.
Is there a minimum time I must register for?
No, there is no minimum registration period. We charge
you at the beginning of every month for the service. If
you no longer wish to use the service simply contact us
and we will cancel your account - you will not be
charged for the following month.
Can I change my packages after I register without
penalty?
Yes, you can change your package after registering
without penalty. Simply contact us and let us know which
package you would like to switch to.
